Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy: Here at HAUS OF YOU / Luminous Luxe we have the following policies and procedures in place to ensure the safest and best possible experience whilst booking and undergoing your chosen treatment with us. Please take a moment to read the policies below. Thank you!   BOOKING FEE/DEPOSIT A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all bookings. This fee will then be deducted off of your final treatment cost. The appointment is non-secured until the booking fee has been paid which prevents others to enquire about the same appointment.   CANCELLATION We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. If you provide more than 24 hours notice of your cancellation, your booking fee can be applied towards a booking made within the next calendar month. If you notify us in less than 24 hours, your booking fee will unforunately be lost.   UNPUNCTUALITY Please allow yourself sufficient travel time and ensure you are on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please bare in mind we may have to reschedule your appointment.   NO SHOWS Should you fail to attend your appointment with no prior warning, unfortunately your booking fee will be forfeited and the balance will need to be settled before any future bookings can be made. If you no show twice, without notification, you will run the risk of being unable to book with us in the future.
